We cannot reproduce another designer's piece exactly, and not every reference can be made in the time or fabric available. If we decline, we will say why and suggest what we can do instead.
When do I pay?
Only after we accept your request and confirm the price. Nothing is charged while your request is under review.
What if it cannot be finished?
If we accept and take payment but later cannot fulfil the order, it is cancelled and refunded in full, and you will be told the reason.
How long does review take?
Usually two working days. Bridal and heavily embroidered pieces can take longer to price.
